James Egbert is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York Bar. He is also admitted to practice before The United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Southern District of New York, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.. He has extensive experience in property and casualty litigation, estate planning, contract disputes, plaintiff actions, and much more.
Thomas J. Barnes concentrates his practice in the area of business and corporate law, including advising entrepreneurs, commercial real estate financing, credit facilities, contracts, acquisitions and divestitures, and general corporate, partnership, and limited liability company matters. Mr. Barnes’ practice includes the representation of lenders in commercial loan transactions. He has provided corporate counseling to, and served as general counsel for operating corporations, LLCs and partnerships in a variety of businesses, handling issues such as contract review, litigation strategy and governance advice.
After practicing with two distinguished Philadelphia firms, Mr. Barnes left the practice of law in 1994 for Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., where he served as a stockbroker and registered investment advisor. He later joined two local information technology concerns before resuming the practice of law in 2004.

Education
Mr. Barnes is a graduate of Villanova University’s College of Commerce and Finance (B.S., 1979) and the Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1982). He also holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the Temple University Fox School of Business.
